New: Team accounts for production voice AI agents

Taking voice agents from demo to production typically requires teamwork, so Layercode now supports team accounts for Pro and Enterprise customers.

You can create an organization, invite teammates, and give everyone on your team access to the same agents, call logs, and debugging tools — without sharing a login.

How to set up a team

It's very simple to set up:

1. Open the dropdown in the top-left corner of your Layercode dashboard
2. Click "Create organization"
3. Go to Settings to invite teammates

Note that credentials — API keys, Twilio, provider keys — live at the org level, not scattered across individual accounts.

What's included

With team accounts, your entire team gets:

• Shared access to all agents and pipelines
• Call logs and session history visible to everyone
• Centralized credentials for API keys and integrations
• Role-based permissions (coming soon)
